Your Organisation's Administrator is able to tell you your login name, or assign one to you if you don't already have one.

Alternatively, you can use the Password Reset tool to get your credentials sent to you, but only if you know the email address that ITM has on record for you. Note that this tool causes a new password to be created for you.
